Lower Back Pain After Standing For A Few Minutes – The Quick And Easy Cure

I first started getting lower back pain when standing about 3 years ago at my 10 year old son Matthew’s school choir concert.

Matthew loved to sing and perform so these concerts were a huge deal to him, so if I ever missed one, he was truly disappointed…

I think all you Mom’s and Dad’s out there know that feeling of pride watching your child do something they love… it is truly a wonderful sensation.

Ok sorry for getting side track 🙂

Unfortunately, the night of his concert I was running a little late and by the time I arrived, all the seats had been filled!

 Standing room only!

I wasn’t too worried about, although a little bit annoyed I knew I would be standing for an hour.

But it was worth it to watch Matthew!

About 5 minutes into the concert of standing I began feeling this achy pain in my lower back.

I had never felt this before, it felt as though my whole back was carrying an incredible amount of weight and had a lot of pressure pushing on it.

I began rubbing it hoping to relieve some of the pain but nothing worked.  I was so disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the concert that night because of the uncomfortable feeling in my lower back.

I noticed from that day on whenever I stood up after sitting or stood in one place for a few minutes, I began to feel pain in my lower back.

I really didn’t have the time to continuously go to the doctor and chiropractor to see what was wrong.

I knew I had to solve this issue on my own!

After several weeks of research and failed home treatments, I finally found some of the causes and found the exact treatment that cured me!

What Causes Lower Back Pain When Standing For a Few Minutes

Upon research I found there can be several causes of lower back pain when standing one of which is a sprain.

A back sprain can occur during our everyday life chores and objectives like lifting objects, working out, getting out of the car, etc.

We get these small minor tears along the muscles that surround our spine which cause the muscles to tighten and give us that feeling of pressure and pain.

Not so shockingly enough, posture has a great deal to do with our back pain also.  Sometimes when we lean too far forward when standing we are putting unnecessary pressure on our facet joints which are the joints in our spine that allow us to bend and twist.

Surprisingly this is one of the main causes of disc imbalances!

I know I was guilty of both of these.

My posture had never been good throughout my life and I know whenever I did my every day chores I never focused on using the correct movements to support my back.

What’s The Cure For Lower Back Pain After Standing?

When I began looking for a cure to this lower back pain I stumbled across a Facebook Page where the members were having similar problems to me.

One member in particular shared a link to this Online Back Pain Coach!

I was very skeptical at first as I am with most things I purchase…

However, temptation got the best of me so I clicked on it and watched the informational video began realizing this could be just the solution I needed.

It was fast and easy and guaranteed resultsYou can watch it here to see if it’s for you too!

I ended up searching for a review of the product and it brought me here to happybackblog.com! I read the review by Bill Plowers of Happy Back Blog and immediately knew I had to try this product.

The program was very easy to follow and required less than 20 minutes a day to do the stretches they recommended.

My Back Pain Coach Thoughts

The program itself was very nicely put together and made it very easy to watch and perform each movement in the videos.

After the first day I felt really good with what I had accomplished but knew I had a long way to go.

However as the days went by I definitely started to feel a big improvement!

Doing these easy movements every day brought more strength and circulation to my back, I haven’t felt in years!

The back pain I had when standing became non-existent after about 10 days of doing the My Back Pain Coach movements!

Turns out a little TLC is all our backs need in order to remain strong and happy!

Now anytime Matthew has any sort of sporting event or concert I can stand for as long as possible and never get that feeling in my back!

It all comes down to building some flexibility and strength in our backs and it’s these movements you can find in the My Back Pain Coach program!

I can’t share with you all the stretches and movements My Back Pain Coach teaches you but I will show you some of my favorites!

Full Squat Rest Posture

This movement is great to realign the spine and get your body use to a new and better posture.  This will keep us from constantly bending forward when we stand and creating that extra pain and pressure.

You can watch the video on how to do it below

Knee to Chest Stretch

This is very basic, yet for me, a very effective stretch.  I feel results almost immediately when doing it so it’s definitely a part of my every day ritual!

These are just a couple of my favorite stretches and movements that My Back Pain Coach taught me! If these were too difficult for you to attempt, there are a lot of modifiers explained to you in the program.

So there you have it! Some of the reasons why you may be feeling lower back pain from standing even after just a few minutes.

  • Are you constantly lifting heavy objects?
  • Bending and twisting your body in different directions?
  • And what about your posture?
  • Do you find yourself bending too far forward when you stand?

Keep all these in mind and try out My Back Pain Coach and I have no doubt you will never feel lower back pain from standing again!

My Back Pain Coach Review – My Brutally Honest Review and Results

Thinking about giving Ian Hart’s My Back Pain Coach program a try? If so, this review is for you! Read all the way to the end to see my results…They might surprise you!

Kyle and Wife on Honeymoon

Hi there! My name is Kyle and I’m a Bus Driver living in Winter Garden, Florida!

I am so happy to be invited to Happy Back Blog to share my review and experience with a new online product called My Back Pain Coach.

Keep reading and I’ll can share with you my experience using this new program!

My Back Pain Coach Review

Throughout my life about every job I ever had dealt with lifting and using my back.

I started my first job at 16 years old as a Bellhop at a very busy hotel.  Every single day I was lifting 70 pound pieces of luggage and straining my back in the process.

I did this job for almost 10 years and then I moved into construction and once again spent my days bending, twisting, turning and lifting.

Back pain had always been a part of my life, and to be honest I kind of got used to it.  When I hit the age of 42 I decided it was time to ease off of the heavy lifting and I got a job as a bus driver.

Little did I know at the time, sitting on a bus for 10 hours a day could be just as destructive to my back as lifting hundreds of pounds daily.

Then the most terrifying thing happened to me, on a nice sunny July morning I was driving my usual bus route and then I went to get up from my chair during a stop and I could not move.

I just remember feeling needles up and down my spine and my toes tingling at a maximum right.

I immediately called my wife and barely being able to spew out the words,

Honey.. I’m on the bus… it’s my back.. I can’t move…

The rest I don’t remember as everything went BLACK!

I woke up in the hospital bed with my lovely wife Karen sitting their next to me.

I remember seeing the look of worry and deep concern on her face. We all have moments in our life that we will never forget, whether they are good or bad… in this case I will never ever forget that look.

She was so scared for my life that day 🙁

Hey honey..
I remember her saying to me…

Everything is ok… the doctor is coming back in a moment..

When she said everything was going to be ok, I really thought for a moment everything was… but when the doctor came back I was told I needed to have a disc replacement, needed to schedule surgery and needed various pain medications.

Frustrated StatueThe cost of all this would be close to $30,000!!

It was so much to take it at one time I didn’t know what to do…

I talked with my wife that whole night in the hospital about our options.

We knew this was something we could not afford… I had to find a way to do this without a doctor!

Luckily after spending the night in the hospital I checked out and returned home having regained mobility temporarily but still feeling a lot of pain.

How I Discovered My Back Pain Coach

That day when I got home I went right to the internet and begin researching everything I could about my condition.  I knew I couldn’t afford surgery, there had to be a way I could be fixed without being cut open.

After several hours of research I ended up on Tumblr where someone was blogging about a program for back pain called My Back Pain Coach!

My Back Pain Coach Logo

At first when I came upon the website and saw this program was designed by a physical therapist named Ian Hart.

I studied as much on Ian Hart as I could to make sure he truly was.  He is in fact a strength and conditioning coach and has several accolades to go along with that.

Ian talks about relieving and even curing back pain no matter what the condition and no matter how long you’ve suffered.  At the time he had a discounted price of $37 (click and see if the discount is still valid).

$37 is a lot cheaper than $100,000 I thought….

So with only a $37 price point and Ian guaranteeing my back pain to vanish or my money back… I pulled the trigger and made the purchase!

My Back Pain Coach Review: Here Are My Thoughts

Upon purchasing My Back Pain Coach, I was immediately given access to several training videos.  It was these videos that were going to relieve my back pain.

I won’t give away all the movements because I don’t want to spoil the program that Ian has created but all I can say is they are a simple set of 8 movements done in 2 minute segments back to back and so on.  These aren’t exercise moves or yoga moves or anything like that.

I followed the direction, grabbed a pillow, laid on the ground and began.

Ian Hart I must say is a very good coach. In every video he explains everything very thoroughly and calming as well.

Ian Hart’s back exercises are also very well explained and he even shows you how to do modified movements for old timers like me!

Here is a description of the effect of each movement taken from the website:

  • Movement #1: Begins activating imbalanced muscles, preparing them for relief…
  • Movement #2: “Wakes up” dormant hip muscles and continues activating imbalanced muscles…
  • Movement #3: Now that your body is prepared, you feel an initial wave of relief wash over you as Movement #3 starts releasing your pain…
  • Movement #4: Continues flooding your lower back with newfound blood, oxygen and nutrients–you feel oddly energized…
  • Movement #5: Decompresses the lower back–clients often visibly exhale as years of pent up tension is released…
  • Movement #6: Aligns the whole body, restoring muscle balance along the entire spine in addition to your lower back…
  • Movement #7: Finishes stabilizing your spine, back, and hips in their natural, pain-free positions…
  • Movement #8: Gently compresses the spine to flush old blood out of your discs, then pull in new blood for even more healing, pain relief and recovery. (Clients faces soften and a smile crosses their lips as Movement #8 “locks in” healing)

Let me be the first to tell you… I am not flexible at all.  I am 44 years old and consider myself as stiff as a board lol.

To be honest I had a tough time the first go around with these movements and that made me nervous that is program might be shaped more towards younger people.

The first stretch had me pulling my knee into my chest and I immediately felt a little bit of discomfort.

Ian continued to say in the video feeling discomfort is good because you are working your back in a way in isn’t use thus you are building flexibility and strength.

Willy Wonka Flexible Meme

The next movement had me stretching out my hip and this to me was much much easier.

The remaining stretches ranged from easy to medium difficulty rank for me. But all in all I completed my first day in one piece!

I was very proud that I attempted every single movement in his set of videos.  I can tell you right now some of them I probably didn’t do 100% right… but I tried my best lol! 🙂

While Ian says you should feel immediate results after the first time doing the movements… I have to say…I didn’t feel much of a difference…

My back was still in a lot of pain.  However, this was just one day and I wasn’t going to give up quite yet!

Day 3 Of My Back Pain Coach – Finally Felt Results

As I promised myself I would give this program at least 14 days… and a funny thing happened after my 3rd day doing the program.

About 20 minutes later after the session was complete my back felt like it just breathed in a breath of fresh air!

Was all my pain completely vanished?

But for the first time in 20 years I had felt relief like I never had before and this was just the 3rd session!

I was completely shocked!

I know it sounds far-fetched especially since I JUST got out of the hospital…. but what I felt is the TRUTH!

Breaking Free From Back Pain

What about all the surgeries and drugs and needles the doctors told me I had to use?

It really opened my eyes to the fact that our bodies are amazing creations and with a little tender, love and care, they can heal themselves.

I continued doing these movements every single day, after all, it took just 20 minutes out of day.

I looked forward to doing them because every day I felt better and better.

My back felt like it had more blood flowing to it, more oxygen.

It felt like any imbalances and old blood had been flushed out and renewed with fresh and rejuvenated life!

What’s Included with My Back Pain Coach

I will share the rest of my results with you but first I want to share with you what’s included with the My Back Pain Coach system!

My Back Pain Coach gives you a set of instructional videos in order for you to safely and easily do the recommended movements.

These videos can be accessed instantly from your computer or you can choose to have them shipped to your house.  Along with this Ian also includes 9 other videos that go more in-depth about the program.

Explain more about each movement and what it does and also introduces other movements you can add into your ever day sessions to strengthen you back and core even more!

Another nice gem is the one on one coaching element that is included.

At any time during your sessions with the videos that you feel as though you need help or guidance you can call and speak to someone anytime for help… and yes it’s an actual person that speaks to you… not a robot!

My Back Pain Coach Results

I can confidentially tell you that after doing the program for every day consistenly for 14 days, I feel no more pain or discomforted.

The pain I’ve had for over 20 years in my back is gone! I feel fresh, flexible and ready to take on my days!

I feel like I have a stronger core, I feel like a stand up taller, I feel more confident, and most importantly I feel a lot of good energy and power in my back!

No More Pain!

Kyle With Riley

Here is a picture of me and my nephew taken yesterday! I was never able to even pick up my 2 year nephew before… that’s how bad I use to be!

You can definitely see I am feeling a bit more limber, flexible, and excited!

Conclusion: My Final Thoughts on Ian Hart’s My Back Pain Coach

I can only think you will share similar results like me.  It’s risk free so it’s definitely worth a try.

I know some of my friends that tried it, didn’t feel the results right away like I did, but after a solid couple weeks of trying it, they finally felt that rejuvenation in their back!

Because some don’t feel the results right away like Ian Hart guarantees, I cannot give the product a full 5 stars.  However, if I could be completely biased… I would!

I give Ian Hart’s back exercise program 4 stars and recommend giving My Back Pain Coach a chance.

4 Star Review

It’s just $37, and if you don’t see and feel any difference within 60 days, Ian offers a 60 day no questions asked money back guarantee!
